A good place to read.
These mountains have me dreaming big.
I can see for miles and miles
Maybe a sign of some sort. A beam of light shining down from Tumbledown Mountain. Elevation: 3,054'
I love bringing Jett on hikes with us. But he doesn't like it when I have to stop and take pictures.
Can't get enough. So beautiful and so peaceful. No sound of traffic, no pollution, no stress.
On the hunt for the spots less travelled.
🍁 peepin and soaking up this beautiful summer weather we are still getting in October!
Got some good pickins during our most recent treasure hunt. Will be up for sale soon!
Another new adventure! This time it was up to #moosehead . Unfortunately the clouds and haze made it tough to get the photo I wanted, but this was still a good (and challenging) hike up #bigmoosemountain . It overlooks the largest lake on Maine, Moosehead Lake. Elevation: 3,196'
The best kinda hikes are the ones where you feel like this and you get a view like that. On a side note: Don't ask me why my boyfriend hikes in jeans. He claims it's comfortable, but I think he's lying.
Follow the dirt road.
Visited this national monument for the first time this past weekend and it was so refreshing to get away. I liked getting off the pavement and hitting the dirt roads. Although a National Park status would bring more money to the area, I have to admit that it's much more enjoyable without a ton of tourists.
A little bit of Fall
Standing in front of this mountain took my breath away.
Get your motor runnin'
Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful Fall day. Got off the coast to see the highest mountain in Maine, Mount Katadin. Didn't hike it yet, but can't wait to!!
Do it. You got this. #seamaine
Very excited about this Tarten cap I found yesterday. Made in Scotland and is 100% AWESOME. It's getting difficult to want to sell some of these things.
Jett, aka King of the Rock. He kills climbing mountains, but yet refuses to jump in the car.
